Each ring is made-to-order and can be crafted in any size from the UK sizing chart. If you're unsure of your size then we'll send you a complimentary ring sizing device when you place your order.
Every piece of jewellery is lovingly packaged in a chic grey matchbox-style jewellery box, complete with our logo in gold foil. You'll also receive a complimentary polishing cloth to keep your ring shining bright.
Please note that all ring orders are bespoke to you and may take us up to 4 weeks to make.

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE?
At Dainty London, we understand the importance of a thoughtful and personal touch when it comes to gift-giving. That's why we offer our customers the option to add a customised gift message during the checkout process. Simply enter your message in the designated notes section, and we will print it onto our luxury branded paper. This way, your gift will be not only beautifully presented but also tailored to your specific sentiments.

CAN I HAVE A RING SIZING DEVICE?
Due to the high volume of requests for complementary ring sizing devices, we exclusively dispatch them to customers who have placed an order. In the event that you are uncertain of your ring size, we kindly request that you utilise the 'request a ring sizing device' option. Following your request, we will promptly dispatch the sizing device on the following business day.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We at Dainty London allow our customers to return purchased products, on the condition that they are unused and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification of the product's eligibility for return, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment card used during the purchase. It is important to note that if the product is not in a fully saleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
It is also important to note that we do not refund postage costs. Moreover, we regret to inform our valued customers that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any earrings due to hygiene reasons. Similarly, 'Made to order/bespoke' items are not eligible for return or refund.
HOW IS THE JEWELLERY SUSTAINABLE?
At Dainty London, we prioritise sustainability and strive to incorporate recycled sterling silver into our designs wherever possible. We are also committed to utilising only environmentally friendly and recyclable materials in our packaging.
We are actively exploring the use of fair trade gold and fair trade gold vermeil for our future collections. This commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible production practices aligns with our overarching goal of creating beautiful jewellery pieces that are also kind to the environment and society.
CAN YOU REPAIR?
At Dainty London, we stand behind the quality and durability of our jewellery. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of service and satisfaction. Therefore, in the unlikely event that your Dainty London jewellery item breaks within a year of purchase, we offer a free repair service.
Please note that while we will repair the item free of charge, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage charges. Our aim is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their Dainty London purchases and that they have jewellery pieces that can be treasured for years to come.
Our philosophy is centred around providing our customers with exceptional value. In keeping with this ethos, we offer free recorded delivery as standard on all ordered items. Furthermore, for our Fine jewellery collection pieces, we provide free Special Delivery to our customers.
Once your order is carefully packaged and dispatched, you
will be provided with a special tracking number, granting you the ability to track the journey of your cherished jewellery piece and stay informed about its whereabouts.

Hey there, I'm Jade, the proud founder of Dainty London Jewellery. I am a Cornish girl now living in Essex with my husband and three amazing children. My journey started as a Children’s Cardiac Nurse Specialist, but my passion for design and storytelling has led me to become a multi-award-winning jewellery designer.
Drawing inspiration from my childhood memories in Cornwall, my experiences as a nurse specialist, and my adventures from around the world, I like to breathe life into unique tales through my jewellery creations. Every piece is carefully handcrafted in our London and Essex workshops, allowing me to showcase the pinnacle of craftsmanship.
With a range of over 120 pieces, Dainty London can be found many independent stores across the UK. Our brand has been featured as a 'Must-Have' in esteemed publications like British Vogue, Tatler, Stylist, and The Telegraph, and it's truly humbling to see influential figures such as Emeli Sande, Kylie Minogue, and Hayden Panettiere embrace and promote my jewellery, even on the red carpet at the Oscars!
I am honoured to receive numerous awards for my designs, including "Emerging Jewellery Brand of the Year" at the UK Jewellery Awards 2021 and "Creative Entrepreneur of the Year" at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2021. In addition, Dainty London was named "Best Jewellery Store in Essex" by Muddy Stilettos. I've also been recognised as a finalist for the "Commercial Jewellery Designer of the Year" at the UK Jewellery Awards 2022 and "Designer of the Year" with the National Association of Jewellers.
