Stage 1
Initial Consultation
Begin with a £50 refundable deposit, which will be applied to your final creation. This launches your personal design experience with a dedicated consultation call with our founder and designer, Jade.
Stage 2
Design Development
Share your inspiration, preferences, and desired investment level. Our team will carefully curate a selection of precious metals and ethically-sourced gemstones that align perfectly with your vision and budget.

Artistic Visualisation
Receive detailed design sketches that bring your piece to life before creating begins, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.
Stage 4
Masterful Creation
Watch your dream piece come to life as our team carefully hand make your jewellery in our intimate London and Essex ateliers. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way, sharing the magical moments of your piece's journey.
