Maiden of the Sea
Morwenna. A Cornish name, soft as the tide pulling back over shingle. It means "maiden of the sea" - and this pendant carries that spirit in every detail.
At the heart of the piece, a 2cm oval forms a tiny seascape. Our signature barnacle texture ripples across the surface, as though the pendant has spent a lifetime tucked in a Cornish rock pool, shaped by salt water and time.
Clustered across this textured bed are nine gemstones, each chosen to tell a fragment of the Cornish coast:
Two emeralds catch the green of the clifftops in high summer - that impossible, wind-bright colour you only find where the land meets the sea.
Two sky blue topaz stones hold the pale, endless blue of a quiet morning horizon. And at the centre, a single deeper London blue topaz anchors the piece - dusk falling over the city, the pull of deeper water.
Four lab-grown diamonds are scattered between them like droplets of sea spray catching the light - clean, ethical, and brilliant.
